Kimon is a deliverable focused finance professional with almost three decades of global financial experience. As head of global distribution for Apostle, Kimon is responsible for developing effective distribution strategies to clients locally and globally.
Kimon was most recently co-head of global distribution for Martin Currie where his key responsibilities included sales and client-services activity across Australia, Asia and Middle East and was a member of Martin Currie’s executive committee. Kimon joined Martin Currie in 2008 from Legg Mason Asset Management, where he was managing director. Previously, Kimon was Citigroup’s head of sales in Australia and New Zealand, with responsibility for distribution in specialty channels including institutional, platform, consultants, and corporate superannuation.
Kimon has a Bachelor of Business (major in economics) and a post graduate diploma in finance.
